Antonio Houston

Antonio Houston is a multimedia dance artist based in the Chicagoland area. He recently earned his BFA in Dance Performance from Northern Illinois University. Originally from Aurora, Illinois, Antonio has received extensive training from Ballet Chicago, Von Heidecke School of Ballet, Next Generation Ballet, MADD Rhythms, Chicago Tap Theatre, and numerous local dance studios. His primary passion lies in tap dance, though he is deeply interested in exploring both conventional and unconventional movement styles. Antonio is currently a trainee with Chicago Tap Theatre, where he has the opportunity to take classes and perform regularly. In addition to his work as a dancer, Antonio is also a photographer and videographer. His distinct perspective on movement allows him to create compelling images and videos, with a strong focus on capturing the artistry of the dance world.
