Brittny discovered her love for dance in her hometown of Bay City, MI, and went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Western Michigan University in 2014. While there, she received a Student Global Initiative to China and Taiwan, where she performed, co-taught, and studied traditional Chinese dance. She has performed works by notable choreographers including Eddy Ocampo, Lauren Edson, Nelly vanBommel, KT Nelson, Gabrielle Lamb, and Peter Chu, and rehearsed with DanceWorks Chicago.
Her performance experience includes appearances at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C., the National College Dance Festival, and as a top 100 contestant on So You Think You Can Dance? (Season 10). Certified in Level 1 aerial silks, Brittny has instructed competitive teams and performed extensively, including featured soloist roles with the Long Bay Symphony and seasonal performances with the Carolina Opry.
Now based in Conway, SC, she teaches locally while balancing family life with her three children and fiancé, continuing to share her passion for dance through performance, instruction, and adjudication.
