Malinda Micho

Malinda Micho is a seasoned dance professional with a unique blend of expertise in both dance and physical therapy. A graduate of the University of Iowa, Malinda holds degrees in dance and physical therapy. Currently, she leads the competitive company at Jan's School of Dance in Evansville, Indiana, showcasing her commitment to nurturing young talent.

With a diverse background, Malinda recently served as the Artistic/Company Director at Trilogy School of Performing Arts in Lake Zurich, Illinois. Her journey in dance education includes being part of a touring group called Dancers in Company during her time at the University of Iowa. There, she not only performed in works by various guest and faculty choreographers but also showcased her choreographic talents in multiple showcases.

Malinda's training extends to the renowned Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, where she participated in the 4-week summer intensive in 2014. Hailing from Lake Zurich, IL, Malinda began her dance journey at Trilogy School of Performing Arts, where she had the privilege of training under the guidance of Eugene Peabody.

With a rich background in teaching, Malinda has been imparting her knowledge in poms, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, tumbling, and special needs dance classes since 2009. Her teaching experience spans across five different dance studios across the Midwest, reflecting her dedication to sharing the joy and artistry of dance with students of all ages and levels.
