Mikaela Stair

Mikaela is a versatile dance artist, educator, and adjudicator with a strong foundation in both technical training and performance. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of California, Irvine’s Claire Trevor School of the Arts, along with a minor in Business Management. Her collegiate training included extensive work with distinguished faculty and guest choreographers, further refining her artistry and technical range.

Her background spans a wide range of styles, including Contemporary, Jazz, Ballet/Pointe, Modern, Musical Theatre, Tap, and Hip-Hop, allowing her to provide well-rounded and informed evaluations across genres. In addition to her performance experience in productions such as The Nutcracker and regional theater, Mikaela has assisted industry professionals at conventions and workshops, strengthening her skills as both an educator and mentor.

Currently based in New York City, Mikaela continues to train and perform while staying actively engaged with the evolving dance industry. As an adjudicator, she brings a professional, insightful perspective, with an emphasis on strong technique, versatility, and authentic performance. She is committed to offering constructive feedback that supports each dancer’s growth and confidence on stage.
