Monique Dutton
Monique Dutton brings extensive professional experience across the NBA and NFL as a dancer, choreographer, and game entertainment manager. Her background spans professional sports entertainment, collegiate athletics, and competitive dance, giving her a comprehensive understanding of performance excellence both on and off the floor.
Raised in California, Monique trained competitively in all dance genres at Bre Dance Studio, building a strong technical foundation that continues to inform her work today. At the collegiate level, she served as Spirit Squad Coordinator for Benedictine University Mesa Athletics and most recently held the role of Seasonal Game Operations Director for the Northern Arizona Wranglers (IFL), overseeing live event execution and entertainment operations.
Monique has spent several years as a dance educator and choreographer, working closely with studios and performers to elevate both technical skill and performance quality. She is a certified judge through the NDCA and has adjudicated competitions domestically and internationally. Her judging experience includes Arizona State Cheer and Dance Nationals, DX Competitions & Conventions, and New Spirit Fest (International), among others.
In addition to her hands-on performance and production expertise, Monique holds a degree from Northern Arizona University and is passionate about building strong organizational systems that drive loyalty, growth, and revenue. Her strengths include revenue development for entertainment platforms, staff and performer mentorship, in-game coordination and backstage management, exceptional communication, and meticulous operational execution.
