Patricia Catalano

PJ Catalano is a highly experienced dance educator and performer originally from Michigan and currently based in Orlando, Florida. She received her early training from her mother, Pat Sherrill, and Charles Hughes of New York City. PJ teaches at a local studio, conducts master classes, and adjudicates dance competitions throughout the United States and Canada. Her students have gone on to perform in Las Vegas, dinner theatres, theme parks, cruise ships, and other professional venues. PJ has served on faculty for the American Ballet Theatre Summer Intensive, the Pilates Method Alliance International Conference, and various Dance Masters of America programs. She specializes in Pilates, Gyrokinesis, Gyrotonic, and dance, and is also a certified Reiki Master and licensed massage therapist. In 2021, PJ began competing as a UCWDC dancer and has since earned multiple World Championship titles, including her current Pro-Am Female Gold Advanced World Champion title. With over 40 years of teaching and judging experience, PJ remains passionate about movement, wellness, and lifelong learning.
