Tristan Walsh

Tristan Walsh (he/him) is a New York–based dance performer, choreographer, and educator originally from North Carolina. He earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Performance and Choreography from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Tristan has performed works by notable choreographers including Gerri Houlihan, Janet Lily, B.J. Sullivan, George Staib, Marijke Eliasberg, Sonia Plumb, and Helen Simoneau. His artistic training includes extensive experience in contemporary performance practices and site-specific work, as well as international study opportunities that have shaped his creative voice.

As a choreographer and educator, Tristan is passionate about fostering artistic growth, technical development, and creative exploration. He is dedicated to supporting dancers through thoughtful instruction and meaningful performance experiences.
